HOW
Answer for one product, not your range. Be honest rather than optimistic — a gap you record here costs you five minutes, and the same gap found by an inspector costs a great deal more. Partial means you have something but not the whole item. N/A is only for items that genuinely cannot apply to your product.

LIMITS
This checks whether documents exist, not whether they are any good. A stability study that does not cover your pack, a challenge test run on a different formula, a safety report signed by someone without the qualification Article 10 requires — each would be answered "yes" here and still fail on inspection. Only a qualified Safety Assessor reading your actual file can tell you that. Nor can this see your product: some items are answered N/A legitimately and some are not, and it takes the formula to know which. Treat a high score as an absence of obvious gaps, never as a clean file.
